You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
