These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SharedPassports.com (the “Website”) and any related content, features, or services we make available (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

For purposes of these Terms, “Shared Passports,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to the operators of SharedPassports.com, based in Canada.

1) Who We Are

Shared Passports is a travel content platform sharing travel guides, itineraries, tips, recommendations, and related content. Some content may include affiliate links, sponsored content, and advertising.

2) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

  • Any activities you choose to do are at your own risk. Travel involves inherent risks.

We do not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, or safety/security advice). If you need professional advice, consult a qualified expert.

6) Affiliate Links, Sponsored Content, and Advertising

We may earn commissions or compensation in connection with content on the Service, including through:

11) Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may link to third-party websites, tools, or services (e.g., booking sites, maps, affiliate partners, social media). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, pricing, availability, or actions.

Your interactions with third parties are between you and them, and are governed by their terms and policies.

12) No Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Any results from using the Service

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shared Passports and its owners, contributors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Sections intended to survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

17) Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (and any other policies posted on the Service), constitute the entire agreement between you and Shared Passports regarding the Service.
